Benefits

Bowel Cleansing: It increases bowel movements, at the beginning if use, which is a temporary phase. It takes two or three days, which is recommended because it is very supportive to the blood cleaning process. Either take small doses in the beginning and increase after two or three days, or start the recommended dose.

Use
