Over the last decade, perceived stress and anxiety have increased exponentially; most people would admit they experience chronic stress and have issues with anxiety, which they didn’t necessarily a few years ago.

What Has Changed?

Even though stress, anxiety, depression, and other mood issues are related to mental health, physical health deterioration over the years has caused a massive increase in mental health issues.

Causes of Overall Health Decline and Increased Anxiety

Processed Foods

Processed foods are creating brain health issues through multiple avenues including:

  • Inflammation. Processed foods are full of inflammatory ingredients that not only inflame the tissues in the body but also cause inflammation in the brain, leading to brain fog, and increased feelings of stress and anxiety.
  • Neurotoxins. Processed foods can contain neurotoxins. Neurotoxins are substances that can adversely affect the structure or function of the nervous system, including the brain and nerves. Exposure to certain neurotoxins can indeed lead to various neurological symptoms, and in some cases, this may include anxiety, serotonin, dopamine, or gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), which are implicated in the regulation of mood and anxiety. For example, exposure to certain heavy metals like lead or mercury, or certain pesticides, has been associated with changes in neurotransmitter function and may contribute to anxiety symptoms. Additionally, some toxins can induce oxidative stress and inflammation in the brain, which can also impact mental health.
  • High Sugar. Sugar isn’t always bad in its natural form, but in processed foods, the amount of sugar is extremely high, causing insulin resistance, blood sugar swings, and increased feelings of perceived stress and anxiety.
  • Low Nutrients. As people are replacing real nutrient-dense food with processed foods, the brain and the body aren’t receiving the needed nutrients for optimal function.  Not only do these foods not have the needed nutrients, but they also disrupt the absorption of nutrients from other foods. As the brain is starving, it doesn’t have the building blocks to create happy neurotransmitters like GABA, dopamine, and serotonin.
  • High Unhealthy Fats. Processed foods usually contain unhealthy trans fats and seed oils, which can cause inflammation in the brain as well as the body, and these oils stay in the body for over a year. Moreover, these fats lead to insulin resistance at the cellular level and can increase the risk of not only stress and anxiety but also dementia and Alzheimer’s.
  • Additives. The additives in processed foods are seen as “toxins” in the body and may lead to brain dysfunction, anxiety, and other mood issues.
  • Leaky Gut. Processed foods alter the gut microbiome and cause Leaky Gut; this severely impacts brain health, anxiety, and the ability to deal with stressors.

The relationship between neurotoxins and anxiety is complex and can depend on the specific toxin, its mechanism of action, the duration and level of exposure, and individual susceptibility. Some neurotoxins can directly affect neurotransmitter systems, such as those involving

Spike Protein

Spike protein has infiltrated throughout the population and we have been exposed. It is known to affect the brain along with other organs including the small intestine, ovaries and testes, lungs, cardiovascular system, kidneys, and gut. Once it is in the body, it dysregulates the function of the ACE2 enzyme receptor in the liver which leads to the following issues:

  • Anxiety and Depression
  • Water retention
  • Insulin dysregulation which causes mood swings and anxiety
  • Inflammation in the brain and body
  • Oxidative stress
  • Hormonal imbalances which can further cause mood issues

Hypothyroidism

Hypothyroidism is characterized by a low-functioning thyroid, slow metabolism, fatigue, and more. The thyroid is the master endocrine gland, so if it isn’t optimized, there is a cascade of negative side effects on the brain and body. Many people put on antidepressants or anti-anxiety drugs have undiagnosed hypothyroidism.

T4, also known as thyroxine, serves as the primary thyroid hormone but remains inactive until converted into T3 for functional use. Factors such as stress or a congested liver can impede this conversion or, in more adverse scenarios, lead to the generation of Reverse T3 as a stress response. Activated free T3 contributes to the efficient release of blood sugar, heightened metabolism, and increased energy.

The Hypothalamus-Pituitary-Thyroid Axis (HPT) and the Hypothalamus-Pituitary-Adrenal Axis (HPA) closely interact and respond to stressors. As stress escalates, adrenal glands release cortisol and epinephrine, prompting the HPT axis to convert T4 into Reverse T3 as a survival mechanism, slowing down metabolism. This sets off a cycle where mood decreases, increasing stress and perpetuating a harmful loop. Lower T3 levels have been observed in individuals reporting stress-related mental health issues.

Both hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism have associations with oxidative stress and inflammation resulting from chronic stress. These factors can impact the brain and gut, where mood neurotransmitters are produced, further contributing to mood decline.
T4 conversion into T3 occurs in the gut, liver, and kidneys. If the gut microbiome is imbalanced, the liver is congested, or the kidneys are not functioning optimally, low thyroid function may originate from these organs. Additionally, neurotransmitters like GABA, dopamine, and serotonin are synthesized in the gut; a compromised gut can lead to mood disorders and hinder T4 to T3 conversion.

The liver, responsible for much of the T4 to T3 conversion, also plays a role in storing emotions like anger and frustration. A compromised or congested liver can negatively impact both mood and hormone conversion.
Situated atop the kidneys, the adrenals, when under chronic stress, can lead to inflamed kidneys, affecting T4 to T3 conversion. The kidneys also harbor fear emotions, exacerbating stress and further lowering mood.

This intricate interplay creates a vicious cycle known as “Thyro-stress,” characterized by extreme apprehension, discomfort, or dejection due to the challenges posed by thyroid disorders like hypothyroidism. Those with hyperthyroidism may experience heightened anxiety, while those with hypothyroidism often contend with a persistent sense of depression and lethargy.

Radiation

The advancements in technology, including the upgrade to 5G, have created an exponential increase in health issues, including anxiety and stress.
Radiation adversely affects the nervous system, including the brain, and disrupts our endocrine or hormonal systems. Many individuals experience an unexplained disruption in their hormonal balance attributable to radiation exposure. The production of oxidative stress and free radical damage induced by radiation is correlated to various chronic diseases, including anxiety, depression, and feelings of unease.

Radiation targets the DNA of our cells, giving rise to cancers and mutations in germ-line cells, perpetuating genetic alterations across generations. It is associated with neurodegenerative diseases and infertility, causing diminished male and female fertility, reduced sex hormones, lower libido, and heightened levels of spontaneous abortion.

Excessive intracellular calcium and calcium signaling are consequences of radiation exposure. It is linked to the early onset of dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. In the prenatal and postnatal periods, radiation may contribute to conditions such as ADHD and autism.

Radiation exposure is linked to various potential health issues. Additionally, millimeter waves used with new 5G technology are recognized for their ability to dampen the immune system, elevate cellular stress, generate harmful free radicals, contribute to learning deficits, and foster bacterial antibiotic resistance. Furthermore, this form of radiation is associated with reproductive harm and the development of neurological disorders, including anxiety, depression, autism, and Alzheimer’s disease.

Low Dopamine

Due to the free access to many addictive behaviors like gambling, porn, social media, alcohol, vaping, and processed foods, the base level of dopamine, the motivation hormone, has been lowered. As a result, people need more of the substance or behavior just to feel “normal”. So, as a base, they experience ongoing anxiety or depression and an increased level of “perceived” stress.

Lack of Exercise

Since the pandemic and lockdown, people have become more sedentary, choosing activities like gaming, scrolling on social media, or working instead of exercising, walking, and being active. Exercise is known to increase endorphins, lower stress, lower anxiety, and increase Brain Derived Neurotrophic Factor (BDNF). BDNF is directly correlated with improved mood, lowered anxiety, lowered depression, and increased mental performance.

The connection between low-functioning thyroid and depression is well-established, enhancing liver function a key aspect of mental well-being. Furthermore, as the liver, known to store emotions such as anger and frustration, undergoes cleansing, there is a reduction in negative emotions.

MegaSporeBiotic™

MegaSporeBiotic™ is a probiotic formulation comprising 5 Bacillus spores specifically designed to support a strong gut barrier and immune function. An intact gut lining is vital for the body’s production of happiness-inducing hormones, addressing the root cause of many cases of anxiety and depression.

The bi-phasic life cycle of the Bacillus spores in MegaSporeBiotic™ is noteworthy; these spores remain dormant until they reach the gastrointestinal tract, where they can then transition into their active, vegetative forms. This unique characteristic allows them to effectively colonize the gut, contributing to a healthy gastrointestinal environment.

Rather than merely reseeding with probiotic strains that may struggle to survive digestion or effectively establish in the gut, MegaSporeBiotic™ takes a different approach. It goes beyond reconditioning the gut, fostering a healing environment. This, in turn, enables the production of essential hormones needed for elevated mood such as serotonin, GABA, and dopamine to occur at normal levels as the gut heals and regains optimal function.

Accelerated Colloidal Gold®

For millennia, gold has been recognized for its mood-enhancing properties, aiding in anxiety and depression relief, boosting IQ, and fostering spiritual connections. Accelerated Gold® elevates this ancient wisdom by incorporating Scalar technology, imprinting bio-informational Scalar codes to provide additional support for anxiety and depression. Notably, it stands out as an alkaline solution, a departure from the typically acidic nature of most gold solutions.

Accelerated Gold® is programmed with Scalar frequencies to:

  • Clear emotional and physical shock from the body
  • Improve memory
  • Improve spiritual health

Magnesium Breakthrough

Magnesium may significantly reduce stress and anxiety, in addition to helping with sleep.

Eighty percent of people are deficient in magnesium which causes many issues beyond stress and anxiety; in fact, magnesium is responsible for over 600 different biochemical reactions in the body.

Magnesium Breakthrough is the only magnesium supplement on the market that includes all seven types formulated to reach every tissue in the body, including the brain for mood and anxiety.

Lifestyle Changes to Alleviate Anxiety and Stress

Optimizing your health involves embracing a holistic approach, and incorporating various lifestyle changes:

Intermittent Fasting

By compressing your eating window with intermittent fasting to 6-8 hours, you allow your gut to heal, reduce brain and body inflammation, and stimulate the production of essential neurotransmitters like serotonin, dopamine, and GABA. Combining intermittent fasting with Accelerated Keto® enhances autophagy, facilitating the cleanup of diseased cells, and boosts ATP production for increased cellular energy. Using Accelerated Keto® will alleviate any additional stress that typically accompanies intermittent fasting.

Cutting Out Sugar, Carbs, and Processed Foods

Eliminating sugar, refined carbs, processed vegetable oils, and processed foods decreases gut inflammation, enhances nutrient absorption, and stabilizes blood sugar. Avoiding inflammatory ingredients found in processed foods, such as vegetable seed oils and GMO ingredients, helps prevent insulin resistance and Leaky Gut, common culprits in anxiety and depression.

Focus on Wild Animal Protein

Prioritizing wild animal proteins like bison, lamb, deer, elk, wild fish, and organic eggs will optimize your nutritional intake. These proteins provide essential nutrients for building healthy neurotransmitters, and hormones, and supporting brain and body energy. In contrast, conventional beef and poultry may contain inflammatory fats and amyloid proteins associated with gut disruption, inflammation in the brain and body, and neurodegenerative diseases.

Sleep 7-8 Hours Every Night

Quality sleep is crucial for overall health, allowing the body and brain to recover, reducing inflammation, and executing essential maintenance processes. A lack of sleep is directly correlated to increased anxiety and perceived stress.

Exercise

Regular exercise, including two sessions of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) weekly, along with endurance and weight training, is a powerful mood enhancer. Exercise boosts endorphins, improves BDNF levels (linked to reduced depression and increased creativity), and contributes to overall well-being.

Gratitude Journaling

Combat stress and negativity by actively focusing on daily silver linings. Maintain a gratitude journal, jotting down three to five unique things you are grateful for each day, fostering a positive mindset.

Prayer and Manifestation

Regardless of religious beliefs, incorporating prayer and visualization of positive outcomes is a potent tool. Start your day by imagining and being grateful for the desired events, setting a positive tone for the day.

Adopting these lifestyle changes holistically contributes to physical and mental well-being, promoting a healthier and happier life.
