As we are entering the last three months of 2020, and we all feel like we’ve been warped into a world unknown, trying to hold on and not succumb to the stress and fears that surround us, I dig deep into how I can provide support and strength for any of you that need it.

Activities to Support Your Mental Health

If nothing else, go for a walk, and you will still gain benefits.
2. Gratitude Journaling
Even with all we’ve been through this year, there have been many silver linings! Focus on those silver linings on a daily basis and start writing down at least three to five things you are grateful for. Don’t write down the same things everyday, but try to search for new things to focus on every time you sit down to write.
3. Prayer and Manifestation
Whether you believe in God or the ways of the universe, prayer and focusing on what you imagine and hope for is more powerful than any supplements. Wake up and imagine your day as you want it to go before you get out of bed. Act as if it has already happened and be grateful for it.
