For those of you who’ve already ordered this revolutionary product, I wanted to share some helpful steps you can take to help maximize the benefits of Ketones without having to make major dietary changes.*
Please keep in mind you cannot expect to see major weight reduction without adapting to a Low Fat High Carb diet. But just by taking Keto-OS, many find it easier to make healthier choices and taking the product helps them move into a healthier direction with their life.
Step 1: Take Keto-OS Daily
For best results take your serving of Keto-OS between 6-9am. I suggest starting with 1/2 serving for a few days and working up to 1 serving. If you are getting late night cravings, you can take an additional 1/2 to a full serving between 2-4 pm. Do not take the product with your breakfast or any other meal. You will find your are not hungry and have less carb cravings.
Step 2: Drink More Water
Try to drink 1/2 to 1 ounce of water per pound of body weight (min 10 – 8 oz glasses of water). If you use filtered bottle water, a reverse osmosis filter or distilled water, you will want to add Celtic sea salt and electrolytes to your water.
Step 3: Eliminate Refined Sugars
Do your best to stay away from sugary foods and drinks. Focus on eating more veggies than breads, pastas, rice and potatoes. Sports drinks and even diet drinks can still spike your blood sugar.
Step 4: Have your first meal of the day between 11am and 1 pm
Prepare a healthy snack like cheese and almonds to make sure you make it through. Cut the sugar and processed carbs out as much as you can.
Step 5: Increase Your Healthy Fats
Try to limit yourself to 100 grams of carbs or less per day. You can get more fat into your diet by eating avocado, using coconut oil and olive oil. Do not increase fat consumption without reducing carb intake!!! As you get comfortable with this process, more to a High Fat Low Carb eating plan.
Step 6: Eat Your Last Meal Before 8pm
Nuts can work well in a pinch
Step 7: Move Your Body More
Walk, walk, walk, run, do push ups, take the stairs, workout, yoga, Pilates, etc….Take it at your own pace.
Step 8: Get Some Good Sleep
Do your best to get 7-8 hours of sleep daily. A simple trick to help sleep is to take an Epsom Salt bath using 3 cups of salt for 30 plus minutes, 3-5 times per week.
