1. Weight Gain
The typical Adrenal Body Type includes weight gain around around the mid-section, a “buffalo back”, puffy face and a lot of inflammation and water retention.
2. Acid Reflux
With adrenal issues you tend to have a higher stomach acid which leads to acid reflux and indigestion. This overproduction of acid can even cause burning through the stomach, resulting in an ulcer.
