The Circle of Life In Action
My father-in-law suffers from what many Americans suffer from — the vortex of stress, diabetes, heart condition, OCD, obesity, cognitive decline, sugar addiction.
They all are related and link to one another. The family had somewhat given up on helping him because of the lack of follow-through on his part.
His condition in his own words:
I was always a hard worker, but my commitment to work for 40 years has taken a toll on me. I have OCD, Prostate Cancer, and Type 2 diabetes. This caused me to have a poor eating habits — Stress and need for energy made me reach for sugar and snack food. I always had very low energy. When I would eat dessert, I would have blurry vision. My weight was 238 pounds, my fasting blood sugar was 200-225 (it should be between 80-100) and this made me feel very sleepy and lethargic. I was so sleepy, that I couldn’t bring myself to exercise which caused me to gain weight. A vicious cycle. Excessive 2 hour naps and extremely irregular sleep patterns were present too. My A1C was 11 (A diabetic measurement–should be under 7), which is very dangerous because, after a while, I could go blind and the doctor would have to amputate my feet and eventually, I would die.
My grandson Jackson took it upon himself to make sure I started taking KETO and Oxylent — everyone else had given up. He had seen it help so many that are clients of his mom’s. Seven Weeks Later:
After aggressively working on myself for less than two months, I have much more energy. My weight is now 224, and I am able to walk long distances and exercise. I am now napping 45 min only once a day. My fasting blood sugar is now between 80-100 — Within NORMAL RANGE.”
